Show #5: More on the CFDA and the death of model Eliana Ramos
Another model died, Eliana Ramos from Uruguay. She is the younger sister of Luisel Ramos, a model also, who died 6 months earlier. Both sisters died of the same thing, a heart attack resulting from malnutrition.
Heather and I talk about Eliana's death, and elaborate more on the Council of Fashion Designers of America and their "health initiative" for models, which we both think needs beefing up to the levels that Spain and Italy have taken. Heather also shares more light on what a day in the life of a model is like when she and her other model friends try and eat pizza.
