Show #3: The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) won't ban too skinny models
Heather and I will discuss, actually rant really, about the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) decision to not ban too skinny models, but instead to instill a set of recommendations for guidelines. They decided to not put a stake in the ground like the Italians. Yes, it is a step in the right direction, but the CFDA needs to do more than this. You can see the official CFDA Initiative list hosted at the Wall Street Journal.
One of the recommendations includes serving healthier food at the fashion shows for the models. We balk at this particular recommendation because the problem is that the models don't eat at all, so it doesn't matter if you put tofu or pizza in front of them, they aren't going to eat so they can stay a size 0-2. More to enjoy.

Hey, I'd love to know what the podcasts have to say but don't hear well (read, I'm pretty deaf) so wonder if it's within your budget to use a service like http://www.castingwords.com ?

Thanks for letting us know about casting words Vicki. I'll go check it out. Admittedly, we're amateurs out of the shoot, and doing this on our own penny. We'll try our best to make the show accessible to all. I appreciate your patience.
